Day 1:
17 campers went to hike
to Sanbon-fall with doing the game to konw each other soonafter they arrived. When they arrived the fall, its minus ions healed their tiredness. After free time and dinner they played "hide and seek in the darkness". They leaned the importance "to exist" each other through being found in the darakness.

+ Day 2:
Guys challenged Mountainbiking and girls challenged to River-hiking in the morning and they switched after the lunch. Everybody got wetsuit for Rriver-hiking. The water of the river was colder and runs faster than they thought. They needed to coorperate together to go on. At the some points, the strong stream forced them to hold their arms each other to accross. And the last challenge was to dive into the basin of the waterfall. It was not so high, but if you want to dive, you might be afraid. Challenge by choice. Each camper challeged by own choice.

Mountainbiking needed basic practice for one hour. You would say, "just a biking", this basic practice is the most important part of mountainbiking. Before going on the trail, they practiced braking, shifting gears and balacing well. The trails North Star provide are able to be choosen to fit to each riders level and instructers help you to ride with. Riding trails in the mountain gives you difference from the riding in the city. It make you fun and to challenge.

They had a relax time around the campfire at the night. And also had a time to look back the challenges of the day and thought the differences between when they could make challenge and when they could not. The did not forget "smore" that put a browned
marshmallow
between crackers and chocorates. It was too sweet but healed the diredness of the day.
+ Day 3:
Do you know ROPES course? It is a program to learn to trust or to achieve through trying to solve subjects on the courses which were made of tre"es, logs and ropes with helping each other as a team. They challenged "Trust Fall" and "Wall" this time. Trust Fall is that one person stands on about 5ft- high stage and fall from the back into the hands of the other members. The person needed to trust other members would recieve. Wall is to get over the15 ft-wall without any grips but with helping each other to climb. These things which they lerned from this program will apply to their daily life.

+ From Campers:
"When I could trust, my problems started to be solved one by one."
"I rearized that I was avoiding to challenge without noticing it in my daily life. But when other camers and staffs helpled me like, "Let's do it!", it made me feel "OK, I can do it!" in my heart."
"It is easier for me to stay in my cofort zone but I thought it does not make me grow. I learned how important to set my goal and keep challenging to it."
